Hard Floor Cleaning
Automated Maintenance Systems strips, scrubs, and refinishes tile and VCT, and steam-cleans grout. The company is second-generation and family-owned. The work is a written scope for that floor, not a one-time shine.
Strip and refinish. When the finish is worn through or yellowed, scrubbing will not bring it back. The old coat comes off and a new one goes down, on tile or VCT. The floor has to stay empty until it cures, so the job is scheduled for a night, a weekend, or a closed day.
Tile and grout. Steam and agitation pull dirt and discoloration out of the joint. This is a cleaning, not a new floor.
Machine scrubbing. For high-traffic floors between strip jobs. A scrubber cuts embedded dirt that a mop leaves behind, on tile, grout, and concrete. It keeps the current finish in service longer. It does not replace a refinish once the coat is gone.
