Automated Maintenance Systems is hiring a reliable and experienced Janitorial Site Lead to oversee cleaning operations at our client sites. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities while supporting and developing a strong team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of janitorial staff

• Assign daily tasks and create work schedules to meet site needs

• Perform regular quality inspections to ensure high cleaning standards

• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory

• Ensure all work follows safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

• Step in to perform cleaning duties when needed to meet deadlines

• Communicate with clients and resolve any concerns professionally

• Keep accurate records of work completed and report issues to management

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of commercial janitorial or custodial experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical work

• Flexible schedule — must be available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• High school diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation is a plus
